Checkout shows the pharmacy’s medicine total plus Medikey’s marketplace fee. That fee is a percentage of the medicine price, never below a published minimum (collar) or above a maximum (cap). No surprise add-ons at the till.
If your prescription includes Schedule 2 medicines such as ADHD treatments, only a specialist CD2 prescriber can issue it. Collection still follows pharmacy legal checks — identity, register, and safe custody — Medikey does not skip those.
