You set medicine sell prices (and optional mail-order fees). At checkout the patient pays your basket plus Medikey’s collar-and-cap marketplace fee. Stripe Connect is the intended split: medicines to your connected account, fee to Medikey. Global fees can be overridden per pharmacy by Medikey operations.

Schedule 2 items still require your CD register, safe custody, and identity checks at supply. Medikey tells you it is CD2 and that a specialist issued it. Monthly FP10PCD / FP34PCD paper submission to the NHSBSA remains the current legal channel until private electronic CD prescribing is accepted for that audit.
